| The circular includes the notice convening the General Meeting of shareholders to be held at 11 am on Wednesday 12 May 2010 at which approval for the sale of Pearl & Dean will be sought. The meeting will be held at STV Group plc, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1PQ. |
