Additional Listing

STV Group plc announces that application has been made to the FCA for the listing of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.

Admission is expected to take place on Monday 21 March 2016 and the shares will be issued to the STV Group plc Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy awards granted under the various shares schemes operated by STV.
