PDMR Share Purchase

The Company was notified on 6 June that Alan Kelsey, Senior Independent Director and a Non-Executive Director of Stobart Group, purchased, on 6 June 2011, 55,500 Ordinary Shares in the Group (the "Ordinary Shares") at 137.931 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Alan's interest in the company is 55,500 shares, representing 0.016% of the Company's issued share capital.
