Westbury Property Fund Limited27 July 2007 The Westbury Property Fund Limited ("Westbury" or the "Company") The Westbury Property Fund announces that it has today exchanged contracts forthe sale of its 19.7% stake in Mid City Place, High Holborn, London WC1.Completion is scheduled for early August 2007. The sale will generate proceeds for Westbury of approximately £21.5 million andrepresents the conclusion of a profitable investment for the Company in thecentral London market. The Company initially invested £9.8 million in August2005 and benefited from the return of £8.1 million following a successfulre-financing in April 2006. The carrying value of Westbury's holding in MidCity Place as at 31st December 2006 was £20.7 million.
