The company has been informed that, in order to satisfy strong institutional demand, Stobart Air Holdings, a company controlled by Andrew Tinkler and William Stobart, sold 7,041,957 ordinary shares on 6 August at 149 pence per share. Following this transaction Stobart Air Holdings no longer holds an interest in the Company's issued share capital. Andrew Tinkler, Chief Executive, also sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares on 6 August at 149 pence per share. Following this transaction, Andrew Tinkler, remains interested in 28,479,759 shares, representing 10.74% of the Company's issued share capital.
