Director Shareholding
Stobart was notified on 22 May 2014 by Andrew Tinkler, a Director of the Company, that on 21 May 2014 WA Developments International Limited, a company in which he owns 100% of the share capital, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 135 pence per share. Following the transaction his total beneficial holding of ordinary shares in the Company, is 31,179,442 shares representing 9.4% of its issued capital (excluding treasury shares).
