Director Shareholding
Stobart was notified on 24 October 2013 that Iain Ferguson, Chairman of the Group, bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Group on 24 October 2013 at an average price of 130p per share.
15,000 of these shares will be held by Iain Ferguson and 85,000 shares will be held by his wife, Catherine Ferguson, a Connected Person.
This disclosure is made pursuant to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
