Application will shortly be made to the UK ListingAuthority and the London Stock Exchange for 2,390,895 additional ordinary sharesof 15p each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading. It is expectedthat such listing will become effective and that dealings in the additionalshares will commence on 18 May 2007.
