SJP was notified on 17 November 2015 of the following changes in SJP shares held by the Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (“PDMR”) and his Connected Person*, named below.
SJP Performance Share Plan 2005 (“PSP”)
On 17 November 2015 Mr Tony Dunk exercised nil cost unapproved PSP awards.
Column 1 sets out the number of SJP awards exercised, column 2 sets out the number of SJP shares sold on 17 November 2015 at £9.7390 pence per share by Mr Dunk in order to settle income tax and National Insurance liabilities, column 3 sets out the number of additional SJP shares sold at £9.7390, and Column 4 sets out the number of SJP shares retained.

SJP Sharesave Scheme
On 17 November 2015, Mr Dunk options granted to him under the SJP Sharesave Scheme on 26 September 2012 at an option price of £2.75 per ordinary share.
Column 1 sets out the number of SJP options exercised by Mr Dunk. Column 2 sets out the number of SJP shares sold by Mr Dunk on 17 November 2015 at £9.7390 pence per share. Column 3 sets out the number of SJP shares transferred by Mr Dunk on 17 November 2015 to his Connected Person*. Column 4 sets out the number of SJP shares sold on 17 November 2015 at £9.7390 per share by his Connected Person*. Column 5 sets out the total number of SJP shares retained by Mr Dunk and his Connected Person*.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
With the exception of the changes notified in this announcement, the Executive Directors’ and PDMRs’ shareholdings in SJP are unchanged.
