Solitaire Group PLC29 June 2006 Solitaire Group plc ("Solitaire" or the "Company") Additional Listing Solitaire today announces that options over 1,000 new ordinary shares of 10pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been exercised at a price of200p per share pursuant to the Solitaire Group Approved Employee Share OptionScheme. The Company has made an application to London Stock Exchange plc for the 1,000new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and trading is expected tocomment at 8.00 a.m. on 5 July 2006.
