The TR1 notification submitted on 06 October 2017 was made in error. The calculation of our holding in the Issuer, as set out in the TR1 notification of 06 October 2017, was made using the issued share capital of 131,716,033 (10.87%), rather than the total number of voting rights of 129,651,091 (11.05%). Therefore, based on the correct calculation using the number of voting rights, the TR1 notification of 06 October 2017 should not have been made as the 11% downward threshold was not crossed. The information contained in this TR1 notification corrects this error and restates the correct percentage figure in respect of the total number of voting rights currently held by Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC.
