Stellar Diamonds plc, the London listed (AIM:STEL) diamond mining and exploration company focused on West Africa, was informed on April 21, 2011 that Karl Smithson (Chief Executive of the Company) and Steven Poulton (Non-Executive Director of the Company), made the following purchases of Ordinary Shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
