Purchase of Shares by a Director
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Steppe Cement Ltd (the "Company") advises that the Company's Chairman, Mr. Malcolm Ronald Brown, purchased 372,120 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to his participation in the recently completed share offer. As a result, Mr Brown currently holds a total of 422,120 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.19% of the total issued share capital in the Company.
