Capital Repayment Record Date
Further to the announcement released by the Company on 26 April 2024, Steppe Cement has resolved on the details of the Capital Repayment as follows:
Record Date: 28 May 2024
Payment Date: 6 June 2024
Capital Repayment of, in aggregate, USD4,161,000 in cash, will be paid in GBP and is expected to represent approximately 1.5 pence per ordinary share of no par value each.
Further information on the Capital Repayment is set out in the Circular announced and published on 5 April 2024.
Terms used in this announcement, but which are otherwise undefined shall have the same meanings as set out in the Circular.
