Annual Report and Financial Statements

The Company has today published the Annual Report 2010 on the Company's website at www.steppecement.com. The audited Financial Statements included within the Annual Report 2010 are consistent with the unaudited Financial Statements announced on 14 June 2011. The Annual Report 2010 will be despatched on Wednesday, 22 June 2011, to shareholders who have elected to receive a physical copy.
