Director Increases Shareholding through Exercise of Options
Stock Spirits Group PLC announces that on 23 February 2021, Paul Bal, Chief Financial Officer, increased his shareholding in the Company by exercising vested options under a Deferred Annual Bonus Plan. Mr Bal exercised options over 23,843 shares and increased his total shareholding in the Company by 12,613 shares to a total holding of 110,816, the remaining shares having been sold to cover tax and NIC liabilities and commission charges associated with the options exercise.
