Secure Trust Bank PLC, the AIM listed retail bank, announces that Paul Lynam, chief executive officer and Carol Sergeant, independent non-executive director have each purchased 6,600 ordinary shares of 40 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market on 8 November 2011, at a price of 750 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these transactions, Paul Lynam and Carol Sergeant both hold 6,600 Ordinary Shares each.
