Changes in Directors' Details

The Board of Secure Trust announces changes to the composition of the Nomination Committee.

David McCreadie has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from 29 January 2020.

The Nomination Committee is now constituted as follows: Lord Forsyth (Chair), Baroness Neville Rolfe, Ann Berresford, Paul Marrow, Victoria Stewart, Paul Myers and David McCreadie.

There are no changes to the membership of any other Board Committee.
