CEO Appointment Confirmation

Further to STB's announcement on 17 June 2025 the Company confirms the appointment of Ian Corfield as CEO and to the Board of Directors, following receipt of the required regulatory approvals. Ian has succeeded David McCreadie, who has stepped down as CEO and from the Board. These changes are effective from today, 8 September 2025.
