SECURE TRUST BANK PLC ("Secure Trust" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity
Secure Trust Bank (the "Company") announces that the following individuals, each PDMRs of the Company, as per the below, exercised share options under the 2017 Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIP") at an exercise price of 40 pence over a total of 1,112 ordinary shares of 40 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

Mr Karter and Mrs McKenning have retained all of the shares arising from the exercise, electing to settle the tax and national insurance liabilities rather than sell shares to cover this cost. Mr Bowers has elected to sell sufficient shares to cover his tax and national insurance liability. As a consequence, Mr Bowers has retained 245 shares.
The new Ordinary Shares were allotted from the Company's Block Listing authority. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company
Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 18,633,662 Ordinary Shares in issue (the "Enlarged Share Capital") each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. This figure of 18,633,662 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
