SECURE TRUST BANK PLC
Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity
Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") announces that the following individuals, each PDMRs of the Company, as per the below, exercised their options to purchase shares under the 2017 Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIP") over a total of 7,064 ordinary shares of 40 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

The Company further announces that Nick Davies, a PDMR of the Company, has exercised his option to purchase 3,907 Ordinary Shares under the 2017 Deferred Bonus Scheme ("DBP") at an exercise price of 40 pence per share.
A further three individuals, not PDMRs of the Company, have also elected to exercise their options to purchase their share options. This has resulted in a total of 12,978 new shares in the Company being issued and allotted. The new Ordinary Shares were allotted from the Company's Block Listing authority. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 18,688,238 Ordinary Shares in issue (the "Enlarged Share Capital") each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. This figure of 18,688,238 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
