Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") announces that on 23 April 2025 Andrew Phillips, a PDMR of the Company, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 833 ordinary shares of 40 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £6.09 a share and repurchased 826 Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.09 a share. The seven shares not repurchased were sold to cover the cost of the transaction.
