Notification of Dealing (PDMRs and PCAs)
Secure Trust Bank PLC, announces it was notified on 6 August 2022 that Rachel Lawrence, a Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased 1,906 ordinary shares of 40p each in Secure Trust Bank PLC for a consideration of £11.48 per share on 5 August 2022. The Company was also notified on 6 August 2022 by Rachel Lawrence that a person closely associated to her has purchased 1,742 Ordinary Shares at a price of £11.42 per share on 5 August 2022. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).
