Secure Trust Bank PLC ("STB" or the "Company") announces that Jim Brown, Chair of STB, has notified the Company that Kiripaka Capital Limited, a person closely associated to him, purchased on 2 July 2025 a total of 3,525 Ordinary Shares of 40p each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of £8.48 per share.
The Company further announces that it has been notified that Mary Hartley, a PCA with Julian Hartley, a PDMR of the Company, purchased on 2 July 2025 a total of 13,847 Shares in the Company at a price of £8.62 per share.
