In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9, the Company announces that Ann Berresford, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Albion Crown VCT PLC with effect from 19th December 2024. Ann Berresford previously served on the board of Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC which was merged with Albion Crown VCT PLC.
