Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Secure Trust Bank plc announces that it has been advised that Victoria Stewart will join the Board of JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 February 2020. Victoria is currently Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a Non-Executive Director of Secure Trust Bank plc.
