Additional Listing

Application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for a further block listing of 346,430 ordinary shares of 40 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). The Block Listing Shares will rank on issue pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares.

The 346,430 Block Listing Shares are to be issued under the Secure Trust Bank 2017 Sharesave Plan.

Admission is expected to occur on 1 November 2023.
