2018 Annual General Meeting Voting Results

The Board of Secure Trust Bank PLC (the 'Bank' or 'STB') announces that shareholders approved all the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of STB held today Wednesday 16 May 2018.

Information about voting at the Annual General Meeting will shortly be available to view on the Company's website at: www.securetrustbank.co.uk.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 a copy of Resolutions 9 to 16, which were passed as special business at the AGM, will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

In addition, copies of Resolutions 12 to 16 will be filed with Companies House.
