Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 31 January 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, sold and repurchased 222,289 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 35.75p per Ordinary Share due to adjustments in individual client portfolios. Additionally, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited purchased 61,314 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 35.83p per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale and purchases, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 28,872,792 Ordinary Shares.
