Annual Report and Notice of AGM

SciSys plc (the 'Company'), a leading developer of Information and Communications Technology services, e-Business and advanced technology solutions, today announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 has been sent to its shareholders together with a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 12.00 noon on 12th June 2008 at Methuen Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 0GB. Copies of the Annual Report are available free of charge from today's date from the Company's registered office at Methuen Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 0GB and on the Company's web site www.scisys.co.uk.
