Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that its total issued share capital at 31 July 2014 comprises 474,999,954 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, all of which carry one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 474,999,954, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
