Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 9 October 2018 it issued 2,207 ordinary shares of 1 1/30 pence each in the capital of the Company, in connection with the award of Matching Shares under the Company's UK Share Incentive Plan.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, as a result of the above issue of shares, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 464,010,473 ordinary shares of 1 1/30 pence each, all of which have voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

This figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
