DIRECTOR DECLARATION
SSE plc ("the Company") today provides notification that Sir John Manzoni, Chair of the Company, has been appointed as Chair designate of Diageo plc ("Diageo"). Sir John currently serves as a non-Executive Director of Diageo and is expected to take on the role of Chair on or around 5 February 2025.
