DIRECTOR DECLARATION
SSE plc ("the Company") today provides notification that John Bason, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chair designate of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc ("Bloomsbury"). John currently serves as a non-Executive Director of Bloomsbury and is expected to take on the role of Chair on 16 July 2024.
