SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") HOLDING IN COMPANY
On 5 April 2007, SRT was notified by HSBC Security Services (UK) Limited that Polar Capital Partners is the beneficial owner of 6,263,180 shares in the Company representing 7.331 per cent. of the issued share capital.
