Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that its total issued share capital as at 30 June 2023 comprised 1,218,008,788 ordinary shares of 2 pence each. The Company held 114,462,822 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Serco Group plc as at 30 June 2023 was therefore 1,103,545,966. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
