Director Declaration

The Company has been notified that Tim Lodge, an Independent Non-Executive Director (NED) will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Howden Joinery Group Plc with effect from 1 January 2025. Following his appointment, Tim will join the Audit, Remuneration, Nominations and Sustainability Committees and will additionally take on the role of Audit Committee Chair from 1 May 2025.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2).
