Sunrise Resources plc (LON: SRES) ("Sunrise" or the "Company") the AIM quoted diversified mineral exploration and development company, has today been notified that Paul Johnson now holds 34,349,646 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 3.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
