Director's Dealing

Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM-quoted diversified mineral exploration and development company, has been notified that on 17 March 2016 David Swan, Non-Executive Director, transferred 7,036,444 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding into his TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Limited Trading Account.

The purpose of this share transfer was to facilitate the subsequent sale and re-purchase of the 7,036,444 Ordinary Shares into his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) at a price of 0.2p per share (the "Transaction"). Instruction for the Transaction to be executed has been given and the Transaction will complete by the close of business on 23 March 2016.

Following completion of the Transaction, David Swan will remain beneficially interested in 7,036,444 of the Company's Ordinary Shares (approximately 0.94% of the Company's issued share capital).
