DIRECTOR SHARE PURCHASE
Sunrise Resources plc (ticker symbol 'SRES'), the AIM-quoted diversified mineral exploration and development company (the "Company"), announces today that its Chairman, Mr. Patrick Cheetham, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), on market, at a price of 0.32p per share, on 9 January 2015.
Following the share purchase Mr. Cheetham has an interest in 19,855,675 Ordinary Shares of the
Company, with voting rights, representing 3.90% of the Company's issued share capital.
