As announced on 21 July 2025 (the "Announcement"), the Hazen Project is currently under option for sale to a large US-based company which may purchase the project for the sum of US$800,000.

Further to the Announcement, the Company can now advise that, by a decision dated 8 September 2025, the Hazen Project has received BLM approval for drill testing. Consequently, the 3-month option period and any option extension periods referred to in the Announcement now run from that decision date.
