Takeover Code Compliance
Messaging International Plc, the AIM traded provider of innovative messaging services, announces that following consultation with the Takeover Panel and further to the disclosures made in its admission document, dated 27 July 2005, regarding compliance with The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers ("the Code"), the Company is not currently subject to the provisions of the Code on the basis that the Company's central place of management and control is not located within the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Should this situation change, shareholders will be updated.
