SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build quarried materials group, announces the following dealings by certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') on 3 March 2023:
Emmanuel Maes, West MD and Group Head of M&A, purchased 320,301 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 56.8 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Maes' total interest in the Company is 1,835,995 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0265% of the total voting rights of the Company.
