SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build quarried materials group, announces the following dealings by certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') on 21 October 2022:
Marcel Gestranius, Deputy CEO / CFO Nordkalk, purchased 36,200 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 42.75 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Gestranius' total interest in the Company is 36,200 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0057% of the total voting rights of the Company.
