SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces that on 13 and 14 January 2022, Emmanuel Maes, ExCo for Europe, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 97 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Maes' total interest in the Company is now 947,863 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the total voting rights of the Company.
