Convertible Loan Note Delisting
SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, is pleased to announce that the £10 million unsecured convertible loan notes that were redeemed by the Company on 23 January 2019 have been successfully delisted from the Official List of The International Stock Exchange effective 7.00 a.m. on 28 January 2019.
