Serabi Mining plc05 May 2006 SERABI MINING PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Serabi Mining plc ("Serabi" or "the Company") announces that 171,653 optionsover 10 pence ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company have beenexercised at a price of 30p per share. Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIMand it is expected for trading to commence at 8.00am on the 11th May 2006. These new Ordinary Shares will, when alloted and issued fully paid, rank paripassu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares now in issue.
