Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Stelrad Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 18 March 2024, awards in the form of conditional rights to acquire ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") were granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan to the Executive Directors of the Company, as detailed below.

The vesting of awards is subject to the achievement of EPS and TSR performance targets assessed over a three-year period ending 31 December 2026, full details of which can be found in the Company's 2023 Annual Report and Accounts. The number of shares in respect of which the 2024 Awards shall vest, shall depend upon the extent to which the performance conditions are satisfied. Once vested, Executive Directors' shares will be required to be held for a further two years.
