Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibility and persons closely associated with them
Stelrad announces the grant of awards over a total of 571,808 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to its Executive Directors.
On 24 May 2022, the following conditional awards were granted to the Company's Executive Directors, pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"):

The vesting of awards is subject to the achievement of three-year EPS and TSR performance targets. Full details can be found in the Company's 2022 Annual Report and Accounts. The number of shares in respect of which the 2022 Awards shall vest and may be exercised, shall depend upon the extent to which the performance conditions are satisfied. Once vested, Executive Directors' shares will be required to be held for a further two years.
