SQS Software Quality Systems AG23 September 2005 SQS Software Quality Systems AG ("SQS" or "the Company") Additional Listing of Shares Further to the SQS AIM Admission Document dated 14 September 2005, the Companyannounces that it has allotted the further 173,000 ordinary shares with animputed nominal value of €1 each ("Ordinary Shares") under the placing asanticipated. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange to admit the 173,000 newOrdinary Shares to trading. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu withthe existing Ordinary Shares and trading of these shares on AIM is expected tocommence on 30 September 2005.
